LGC: Board resolution on additional listing of shares

According to Board Resolution No.03 dated January 20, 2015, the Board of Directors of CII Bridges and Roads Investment JSC approved to register to deposit 35,700,000 shares in the Vietnam Securities Depository and list them on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange. These shares were successfully issued in the private placement to Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment JSC on January 12, 2015.
