On January 22, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No. 19/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow FLC Group Joint Stock Company (securities code: FLC) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of securities changed: 60,000,000 shares

-         Value of securities changed (based on par value): VND600,000,000,000

-         Number of securities after change: 374,893,882 shares

-         Value of securities after change: VND3,748,938,820,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: January 26, 2015

-         Reason of change: to issue private placement to the investors.
