Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to amend the Articles of Association charter capital, stocks, founding shareholders:
Charter capital: VND444,379,000,000 (44,437,900 shares)
- Total number of shares was contributed by founding shareholders: 6,050,216 shares:
+ Mirae Fiber Tech Co.,Ltd: 2,336,413 shares (VND23,364,132,000)
+ Mr. Shin Young Sik: 3,108,781 shares (VND31,087,812,000)
+ Ms. Lim Jeong Yul: 605,022 shares (VND6,050,216,000)
- Total number of shares was contributed by other shareholders: 38,387,684 shares.
Article 2: The Board of Directors approved the addition depositing and listing of 4,039,678 shares
