FCM: Board Resolution _ Dec 26

FECON Mining Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution dated December 26, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved contents of Meeting Minutes dated December 26, 2014 as follows:

1.       Change personnel:

-          To resign Mr. Ha The Long from BOD Chairman as January 01, 2015.

-          To resign Mr. Ha The Phuong from CEO as January 01, 2015 and appoint Mr. Ha The Phuong as BOD Chairman as from January 01, 2015.

-          To appoint Mr. Pham Trung Thanh as Director cum Legal representative as from January 01, 2015.

2.       The Board of Directors approved to sell the Apartment No.403, Floor No.04, Don Nguyen C Lot C, Cau Giay new Urban Area, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District, Ha noi City.

Article 2: This Resolution takes effect as from December 26, 2014.
