PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation announced Board Resolution No.01 dated January 08, 2015 regarding the share buyback as follows:

-          Buying volume: 10 million shares

-          Buying price: maximum: VND100,000/share

-          Time of implementation: in Quarter 1/2015

-          Financial resource: Owner’s capital/ Bonus & welfare fund.
