-         Number of securities after change: 32,999,997 shares

-         Value of securities after change: VND329,999,970,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: January 14, 2015

-         Reason of change: issued shares to increase the share capital from the owner's equity and offering of shares to the existing shareholders.
