APC: Board Resolution No.11 _ Dec 15, 2014

An Phu Irradiation Joint - Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.11/NQ-HDQT-APICo dated December 15, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors decided to change Article 3 of Board Resolution No.08/NQ-HDQT-APICo dated November 11, 2014:

-          To agree to repurchase 5,810 shares from Mr. Le Van Rin, who resigned as a staff of APS’s Accounting Department, for treasury shares at VND10,000/share.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
