VCB: Resolution of the 2014 EGM

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam(Vietcombank) announced the resolution of the 2014 extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) on December 26, 2014:

1.       The Meeting approved the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh as a member of the BOD as from December 26, 2014.

2.       The Meeting approved the resignation of Mr. Lai Huu Phuoc as a member of the Supervisory Board as from December 26, 2014.

3.       The Meeting approved to elect Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung as the Board of Directors in the term 2013-2018.

4.       The Meeting approved to amend the Articles of Association.

5.       The Meeting approved to merger a bank into Vietcombank.

6.       This resolution was resolved by the 2014 EGM on December 26, 2014.
