On December 22, 2014, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam granted Certificate No.120/GCN - UBCK to Hung Vuong Corporation for the public offering as follows:

1.       Listed firm: Hung Vuong Corporation 

2.       Charter capital: VND1,319,998,100,000

3.       Stock symbol: HVG

4.       Stock type: Common Stock

5.       Par value: VND10,000

6.       Total offering volume: 57,199,917 shares, including:

-          Offering to the existing shareholders: 43,999,936 shares;

-          Issuing from the owner’s capita: 13,199,981 shares.

7.       Total issue value (basing on par value): VND571,999,170,000.

8.       Distribution time: within 90 days from the effective date of the certificate.

9.       Offering method: according to the Company’s prospectus.
