SC5: Board Resolution on Contract Liquidation

According to Board Resolution No.754 dated December 24, 2014, the Board of Directors of Construction Joint Stock Company No 5 (CJSC5) decided the following issues:

1.       To liquidate Cooperation Contract No.75/2009/HTDT between Construction Joint Stock Company No 5 (CJSC5) and Construction and Materials Trading Joint Stock Company (C&T).  

2.       To receive the transfer of capital in An Phuc Housing Construction and Trading Co., Ltd. (*) from C&T, with the contributed capital of 50% of total charter capital of An Phuc Housing Construction and Trading Co., Ltd.

(*) The company name is temporarily translated.
