On December 19, 2014, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam granted Certificate No.119/GCN - UBCK to CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company so that CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company can offer its shares to the public as follows:

-         Listed firm: CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company   

-         Charter capital: VND225,469,550,000

-         Stock symbol: LGC

-         Stock type: Common Stock

-         Par value: VND10,000

-         Total offering volume: 14,732,497 shares

-         Total issue value (basing on par value): VND147,324,970,000.

-         Distribution time: within 90 days from the effective date of the certificate.

-         Offering method: according to the Company’s prospectus.
