Petroleum Real Estate JSC announced the Board resolution approved on 19/12/2014 as follows:

1. Mr. Nguyen Doan Luyen to resign from Member of the Board and General Manager.
2. Nominating Mr. Dinh Ngoc Binh to be Member of the Board.
3. Mr. Dinh Ngoc Binh to resign from Deputy General Manager
4. Appointing Mr. Dinh Ngoc Binh to be General Manager and Legal representative of Petroleum Real Estate JSC.
