BT6: Decision of BOD – Dec 19

The Board of Directors of Beton 6 Corporation announced Decision of the Board of Directors on personnel change as follows:

1)     The Board of Directors approved to resign BOD Chairman cum CEO of Mr. Trinh Ngoc Hien, a member of the Board of Directors of Mr. Ha Thanh Man and Deputy CEO of Mr. Nguyen Hung Quoc as from January 01, 2015.

2)     The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Tran Van Cau as BOD Chairman and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Dung as CEO as from January 01, 2015.
