KSS: Decision on Branch Dissolution & Board Resolution – Dec 23

Nari Hamico Minerals Joint Stock Corporation (DHG PHARMA) announced Decision on branch dissolution and Board Resolution on capital contribution to set up Ngu Long Tan Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          To dissolve Branch of Nari Hamico Minerals Joint Stock Corporation at Bitexco Tower, No.02 Hai trieu, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC with reason: ineffective activity.

-          To contribute VND13.5 billion or 13.5% of Charter capital to Ngu Long Tan Joint Stock Company at Bitexco Tower, No.02 Hai trieu, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.
