FCM: Announcement of changes in business license

FECON Mining Joint Stock Company registered to change items in its business license, which was granted the 6th business license by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Nam Province, effective from December 01, 2014:

-          FECON Foundation Engineering and Underground Construction JSC increased the holding ratio from 14,625,000 shares (35.67% of charter capital) to 14,760,000 shares (36% of charter capital).
