HAI: The BOD approves the establishment of subsidiary

On December 25, 2014, the Board of Directors of HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company approved the policy on the establishment of subsidiary as follows:

1.       Company name: HAI Real Estate Investment and Development Co., Ltd.

2.       Company type: One-member limited company.

3.       Address: 28 Mac Dinh Chi, Dakao, district 1, Hochiminh city, Vietnam.

4.       Charter capital: VND100,000,000,000 (One hundred billion dongs)

5.       Legal capital: VND6,000,000,000 (Six billion dongs)

6.       Owner: HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company

7.       Capital contribution ratio: HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company invests 100% of capital of HAI Real Estate Investment and Development Co., Ltd.

The Board of Directors assigned Mr. Ngo Van Thu, a BOD member cum Deputy CEO, as the representative to manage the capital worth VND100 billion in HAI Real Estate Investment and Development Co., Ltd.
