STSC: The Dissolution of the Company Approved

According to the resolution of the extraordinary meeting of shareholders which was organized on December 24, 2014, shareholders approved the decision and plan for the dissolution of STSC Securities Corporation (STSC).

The resolution takes effect from December 24, 2014.
