According to the board resolution dated December 01, 2014, PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation declared a second interim dividend for 2014 as follows:

-          Payment ratio: 18%/charter capital, in cash

-          Record date: December 17, 2014

-          Payment date: January 07, 2015.
