BHS: Announcement of changes in Associated Company

Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation announced to cut its pai-in capital at New generation biotechnology (NG.BIOTECH CORP) from 29.94% to 19% of charter capital.

-          Therefore, New generation biotechnology (NG.BIOTECH CORP) was not associated company of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation.

-          ELC: Changes Contributed Capital at Its Branch  

-          Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation (ELC) announced to cut its pai-in capital at Spring Eco-Technology JSC to 58.2% stake from earlier plan of 70.9% stake.

-          In which, ELC will contribute 51% stake of Spring Eco-Technology JSC directly and the balance of 7.2% stake will be indirectly contributed via New generation biotechnology (NG.BIOTECH CORP).

-          ELC also announced that Spring Eco-Technology JSC will be changed its name to Hoa Lac Spring Eco-Technology JSC.
