VPH: VPH completes the transfer of equity in GLS

Until November 26, 2014, Van Phat Hung Corporation (VPH) completed the transfer of entire equity in Golden Lotus Securities Corporation (GLS) according to Board Resolution No.02/2014/NQ-VPH dated November 20, 2014. Therefore, Golden Lotus Securities Corporation is not an associated company with Van Phat Hung Corporation any more.
