Vinh Long Cereal And Food Corporation announced the Board Resolution as follows:

1)     Mr. Cao Minh Lam and Chau Hieu Dung replaced Mr. Anthony Nguyen and Duong Le Dung as member of the BOD in the term from 2012 to 2016 as from November 17, 2014.

2)     Selling Domyfeed aquatic feed plant with beginning price VND88 billion

-  The BOD approved business plan for 2015.
