Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on November 19, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: the dividend advance for 2014 with 10% in cash to the existing shareholders

-          Payment date: December, 2014

Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from the date of signing - November 19, 2014. General Director and related departments have responsibilities for executing this  resolution.
