VCB: The record date for extraordinary general meeting

On November 17, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1056/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (stock code: VCB) as follows:

-         Ex-right date: November 24, 2014

-         Record date: November 26, 2014

-         Purpose: to organize the 2014 extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.

-         Meeting date: December 26, 2014

-         Meeting place: Assembly Room, 19th Floor, Vietcombank Building, 198 Tran Quang Khai, Ha Noi.  

-         Meeting contents:

·         Approving the resignation of a member of the Board of Directors;

·         Approving the resignation of a member of the Board of Supervisors;   

·         Electing an additional member to the Board of Directors for term 2013-2018;

·         Other issues.
