Viet Nam Fumigation Company announced the Board Resolution dated November 13, 2014 as follows:

The BOD approved contents as follows:

1)     The consolidated financial statements in Quarter III/2014 (from June 01, 2014 to September 30, 2014).

2)     Report of the Board of Directors.

3)     The BOD approved to pay for the second phase of 2014 cash dividend:

-         Dividend pay-out ratio:  10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-         Payment date: expected in December 2014
