Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on October 22, 2014:

The Board of Directors approved to the record date for the second phase for 2013 dividend in cash:

-         Record date: November 28, 2014

-         Dividend pay-out ratio:  4.6%/ share (VND460/ share)

-         Payment date:   December 26, 2014

-         Retained earnings after paying dividends for the second phase for 2013: VND296,002,394

-         Assigned the General Management to implement for payment under the regulation
