HBC: Board Resolution No.15

Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation announced Board Resolution No.15 dated October 30, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the development orientation of Hoa Binh Myanmar Company with the role of main contractor in Myanmar in the future.

Article 2: Approving to receive the transfer of shares of other shareholders in Golden Lotus Securities Corporation (GLS) at VND4,000/share in order to merge with Asia - Pacific Securities Joint Stock Company (APEC). The transfer will be executed after APEC’s shareholders approved the merger with GLS at a ratio of 1:1.

Article 3: Authorizing Mr. Le Viet Hai, BOD Chairman cum CEO, to decide an appropriate time to sell treasury shares at a price not lower than the book value.

Article 4: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
