On October 30, 2014, HOSE had Decision No.420/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint Stock Company (stock code: SKG) to list additional shares on the exchange as follows:

-         Number shares before additional listing: 17,474,854 shares

-         Additional volume: 2,524,938 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND25,249,380,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 19,999,792 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND199,997,920,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: November 04, 2014

-         Reason of additional listing: issue new shares to pay dividend for 2013.
