On October 30, 2014, HOSE had Decision No.421/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (stock code: VIC) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-          Number shares before additional listing: 1,437,727,920 shares

-          Additional volume: 15,326,666 shares

-          Total additional value (based on par value): VND153,266,660,000

-          Number shares after additional listing: 1,453,054,586 shares

-          Total value after additional listing: VND14,530,545,860,000

-          Effective date of the listing license: November 03, 2014

-          Reason of additional listing: issued shares to the existing shareholders to the conversion of International Bonds into shares.
