-  Record date:     December 04, 2014

-  Purpose: to implement the first dividend advance for 2014 in cash         

-  Dividend pay-out ratio:    10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-  Payment date:   December 15, 2014

-  -Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  at Finance and Accounting Department of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company, 02 Nguyen Huu Canh Street, Thang Nhat Ward, Vung Tau City on the working days from December 15, 2014 and please submit ID card.
