PXS: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2014

Petroleum Equipment Assembly And Metal Structure Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on November 12, 2014:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the first phase of 2014 cash dividend:

-  Record date: December 04, 2014

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% of charter capital

-  Payment date:   December 15, 2014      

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the Director to implement.

Article 3:  This resolution takes effect from November 12, 2014.
