SFI: The record date for second cash dividend for 2014

On November 10, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1037/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date of Sea & Air Freight International as follows:

-          Ex-right date: November 19, 2014

-          Record date: November 21, 2014

-          Purpose: to pay the second cash dividend for 2014.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share).

-          Payment date: December 02, 2014

-          Place of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Sea & Air Freight International. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
