KDC: Resolution on share buyback

Kinh Do Corporation has intention to repurchase its stock as follows:

Article 1: Approving on share buyback as treasury shares:

-        Stock symbol: KDC

-        Number of shares registered to buy back: 20,000,000 shares (27.84% of outstanding shares)

-        Expected trading period: in December 2014

-        Financial resources: capital surplus

Article 2: Assigning Mr. Tran Le Nguyen - CEO of the Company to implement the related works according to law

Article 3: This resolution takes effect as from November 18, 2014.
