KBC: KINHBAC CITY GROUP to issue 1,200 convertible bonds

On November 19, 2014, The Board of Directors of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KINHBAC CITY GROUP) approved the plan to issued 1,200 bonds.

-  Par value: VND1000,000/bond

-  Offering volume: 1,200 bonds

-  Estimated mobilized capital: VND1,200 billion.

-  Offering method: private placement.

-  In this offering, total purchase registration has exceeded total offering volume, in which large investors registered over 70% of the plan. The Board of Directors has selected the expected investors and reported to the State Securities Commission (SSC). The offering will be finished in December this year.
