HLA: HLA Put into Warning Status

On November 26, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No. 464/2014/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Huu Lien Asia Corporation (stock code: HLA) into warning status as from December 03, 2014.

Reason: Huu Lien Asia Corporation continued violating regulations on disclosure of information on the stock market under Item 3 – Article 7 and Item 3 – Article 10 of Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC, Point 1.2 – Item 1 – Article 27 of the Regulation on Information Disclosure attached to Decision No.07/2013/QD-SGDHCM dated July 24, 2013 by HOSE, and Point 1.1e – Item 1 – Article 15 of the Regulation on Listing attached to Decision No.10/QD-SGDHCM dated January 13, 2014 by HOSE.
