VRC: Reminded of late information disclosure

On November 19, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.1657/SGDHCM-NY to remind Vung Tau Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company to submit late disclosure on the Board Resolution No.33/NQ-HDQT/2014 about plan to sell 200,000 treasury shares.
