CLG: Report on the change on ownership ratio in subsidiaries

Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company (Cotecland JSC) has reported the change on ownership ratio in subsidiaries as follows:

1)     On November 03, 2014, Cotecland JSC transferred 35,700 shares (51% of charter capital of Hang Ha Joint Stock Company). These shares are owned by Cotecland JSC on behalf of Cotec HealthCare Investment Joint Stock Company. After the transfer, Cotecland JSC owns 17,500 shares (25% of charter capital of Hang Ha Joint Stock Company).

2)     On November 03, 2014, Cotecland JSC transferred 4,860,000 shares (18% of charter capital of Dong Nai Hospital Joint Stock Company. These shares are owned by Cotecland JSC on behalf of Cotec HealthCare Investment Joint Stock Company. After the transfer, Cotecland JSC does not own shares in Dong Nai Hospital Joint Stock Company any more.
