-  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company (5, 2-4^th floor, Luu Van Lang Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, HCM City  on working days from MON to FRI (08:00-12am to 13:30-17pm) from December 25, 2014 and please submit ID

-  BOD members, CEO, Director of Finance and Accounting Department and Chief Accountant have responsibilities for executing this resolution

-  This resolution takes effect from the date of signing - November 05, 2014
