VDA DaNang Trading Service JSC: VDA DaNang Trading Service JSC’s share auction cancelled

According to Announcement No. 890/TB-SGDHCM dated September 18, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of Viet Nam Distribution Network Development and Investment Join Stock Company (VDA) at VDA DaNang Trading Service Join Stock Company as follows:

-  Until 04:00pm September 17, 2014 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.313/QD-SGDHCM-PDG dated August 21, 2014 promulgating the share auction regulation of Viet Nam Distribution Network Development and Investment Join Stock Company (VDA) at VDA DaNang Trading Service Join Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
