Until 4:00pm, September 08, 2014 – the ended time of registering the auction and depositing to buy shares of the Tay Ninh Export Rice Factory (unit directly under the Tay Ninh Sugar Co., Ltd), there was 01 investor to join the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 15 of Decision No.304/QD-SGDHCM issued on August 18, 2014 about the auction regulation of selling the Tay Ninh Export Rice Factory (unit directly under the Tay Ninh Sugar Co., Ltd), the auction could not be organized.
