HOSE announces the record date for the last dividend payment for 2013 of Saigon General Service Corporation:

-          Stock symbol:   SVC

-          Record date:                 October 23, 2014

-          Record date:                 October 27, 2014

-          Purpose:                       to implement the last cash dividend payment for 2013 

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 12% (VND1,200/share)

-          Payment date:               November 14, 2014 

Place & procedure of payment:

-          Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-          Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Saigon General Service Corporation, 68 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City on the working days from November 14, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
