DSN: The record date for first cash dividend for 2014

On October 10, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.953/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date of Dam Sen Water Park Corporation as follows:

-          Ex-right date: October 22, 2014

-          Record date: October 24, 2014

-          Purpose: to pay the first interim dividend for 2014.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000 for a share).

-          Payment date: November 12, 2014

-          Place of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Dam Sen Water Park Corporation (address: 03 Hoa Binh, ward 3, district 11, HCMC) as from November 12, 2014.
