-         Par value: VND 10,000  

-         Ex-right date:    October 30, 2014

-         Record date:      November 03, 2014

-         Purpose:  to implement the first dividend advance for 2014 in cash     

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value (700VND/ share)

-         Payment date: November 21, 2014

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Century 21 Joint Stock Company – 10 Floor, 41 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, 1 District, from November 21, 2014 (on the working days).
