On October 20, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) announces the record date for the cash dividend of 2013 of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation:

-       Stock symbol:   VNE

-       Ex-right date:    October 27, 2014   

-       Record date:     October 29, 2014     

-       Purpose: to implement the cash dividend of 2013

-       Dividend pay-out ratio: 2% (VND200/share)

-       Payment date:   December 25, 2014

-       Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders received dividend at Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation from December 25, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
