On September 18, 2014, HOSE had Decision No.359/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (stock code: VIC) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-  Number shares before additional listing: 930,763,895 shares

-  Additional volume: 472,559,419 shares

-  Total additional value (based on par value): VND4,725,594,190,000

-  Number shares after additional listing: 1,403,323,314 shares

-  Total value after additional listing: VND14,033,233,140,000

-  Effective date of the listing license: September 22, 2014

-  Reason of additional listing: to issue new shares to pay dividend to the existing shareholders and conversion from bonds according resolution AGM of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company dated July 24, 2014 and dated March 22, 2012.
