VNM: Decision on additional listing

On September 18, 2014, HOSE had Decision No.360/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (stock code: VNM) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-  Number shares before additional listing: 833,955,796 shares

-  Additional volume: 166,685,603 shares

-  Total additional value (based on par value): VND1,666,856,030,000

-  Number shares after additional listing: 1,000,641,399 shares

-  Total value after additional listing: VND10,006,413,990,000

-  Effective date of the listing license: September 22, 2014

-  Reason of additional listing: issued shares to increase the share capital from the owner's equity according resolution AGM of Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company dated April 25, 2014.
