VIC: Decision on additional listing

On September 08, 2014, HOSE had Decision No.339/QD-SGDHCM to allow VINGROUP Joint Stock Company to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number shares before changing listing: 929,638,512 shares

-         Additional volume: 1,125,383 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND11,253,830,000

-         Number shares after changing listing: 930,763,895 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND9,307,638,950,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: September 10, 2014 

-         Reason of additional listing: Those are shares issued to the existing shareholders because of the firm transferred international convertible bonds to stocks
