KTB: Board resolution on listing additional shares

Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution dated September 03, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the deposit and listing of 13,400,000 additional shares in the Vietnam Securities Depository and the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
