TTP: TAPACK to issue corporate bonds

Tan Tien Plastic Packaging Joint Stock Company (short name: TAPACK) announced the board resolution dated September 04, 2014 as follows:

1)     The Board of Directors approved to issue a private placement of corporate bonds:

-         Bond: Bond of Tan Tien Plastic Packaging Joint Stock Company

-         Par value: VND1,000,000,000.

-         Issue volume: 145 bonds at most

-         Bond term: from 01 year to 04 years

-         Bond interest rate: decided by the Directorate.

-         Time of implementation: in 2014.

2)     The Board of Directors agreed to use the company’s assets and machines, worth VND189,766,685,000,000, as collateral.

3)     The Board of Directors authorized and assigned CEO Le Minh Cuong to sign documents relevant to the private placement.
