MDG: Resolution of the EGM

Mien Dong Joint – Stock Company announced the resolution of the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) dated September 20, 2014:

Article 1: EGM approved to use financial provision fund and surplus equity for loss in 2014.

Article 2: EGM approved the resignation the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board in the term II.

Article 3: EGM approved the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board in the term III:

1.      The Board of Directors in the term III

-          Mr. Nguyen Cong Khai: Chairman of the BOD cum CEO

-          Mr. Phan Van Vu: Member

-          Mr. Nguyen Duc Thai: Member

-          Mr. Tran Anh Tuan: Member

-          Mr. Nguyen Luong Quan: Member

2.      The Supervisory Board in term III

-          Mr. Huynh Anh Dung: Head of the Supervisory Board

-          Mr. Nguyen Thanh Do: Member

-          Mr. Le Hai Ha: Member.

Article 4: EGM approved to elect the BOD Chairman concurrently as CEO
