SBC: The BOD approves a tender offer for SBC shares

On September 15, 2014, the Board of Directors of Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company approved the tender offer for SBC shares from Mr. Van Thanh Liem according to the registration letters dated August 29, 2014 and September 05, 2014.
